Logging a support request
Technical support queries can be submitted via
email to support@danmartin.co.uk or via our
support desk at support.danmartin.co.uk
Progress and updates will be supplied via email and can be tracked on the support desk using the login details and unique support ticket number which will have been provided via email.

If we have asked you to download the remote support application, to allow us to remotely control your computer please click the link below and save / run the application.

Once the application has loaded, you will be presented with a User ID and a Password to provide to us so we can connect.
